Jesse Constant was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his Radiologic Technologist degree at the University of Albuquerque and has since been performing mobile X-Ray procedures in New Mexico since 1989. He started first as an employee, then as a contractor, and currently is president of TransRay Diagnostic Inc.

TransRay provides portable x-ray and EKG services in Albuquerque and it’s surrounding communities. Jesse is not only out in the field, but incredibly passionate about his work and believes that “TransRay provides a vital service for the elderly and homebound in our community”, as well as a safe and secure alternative for managing health care.
